Using sports programs to create life-changing mentorship and travel opportunities for students across the city of Detroit
At Frontlines Detroit, our mission is to empower students across Detroit by using sports as a platform to create life-changing mentorship and travel opportunities. We believe in offering no-cost programs that not only teach athletic skills but also guide students in discovering their God-given identity, gifts, and purpose. Through these experiences, we provide a safe, supportive environment where students can grow both on and off the field, develop meaningful relationships with mentors, and explore new places.
Who We Are
Frontlines Detroit was founded in 2022 as a small, grassroots effort working alongside a Detroit high school baseball and football program. What began as hands-on mentorship and direct support for student-athletes quickly revealed the need for something larger. As the impact grew, so did the vision.
Today, Frontlines Detroit serves more than 100 student-athletes annually through structured development programs focused on discipline, leadership, and long-term opportunity. Our work centers on creating consistent, high-expectation environments where young men and women are challenged to grow, prepared for life beyond high school, and equipped with the structure and support needed to reach their full potential.
